Achieved 2nd in Open NORASPORT Championship 2009 on Kawasaki 450.
WON 2008 NORASPORT NATIONAL OPEN CHAMPIONSHIP.

Andy started riding at a very young age on farmland near Wakefield from which he started entering local motocross events.
After achieving his ambitions in Motocross, Championship Supercross plus two seasons in top line karting by the year 2001 he took up Supermoto racing with NORA. (National Off Road Association}
Andy found this new sport exciting and invigorating with determined trials on various bikes in 2002 until he eventually settled on a new Husaberg 650 and instantly achieved podium positions.
With this same bike he entered in his first Supermotard International race at Mettet, Belgium and out of entries of over 250 top international riders he achieved a respectable top twenty’s position. “I can compete with the best factory riders and with a few modifications to moderately priced bikes.” That was in 2002, and now you can see the results of that statement.

Andy was a member of the UK Dave Clarke Husaberg Racing Team from 2002 to September 2007, when he changed to his Honda 450 for the 2008 season, and for 2009 change again to a Wadsworth Kawasaki KX450F fuel injected.
